We will gladly accept return in brand new condition. All shoes purchased from AboutSneaker.Com can only be returned in brand new condition with original box and all applicable accessories (ex. retro card, original shoe laces, etc..) The return must be requested 14 days from the day the shoes are delivered to our customers. Returns and exchanges back to AboutSneaker.Com must be posted marked within 14 days your request has been approved.

*Defective shoes must be mailed back to Manufacturers (example: Nike, Adidas) in exchange a gift certificate at the shoes' suggested retail price value. We can only guarantee that the shoes purchased from AboutSneaker.Com are authentic and in brand new condition, no exceptions. We can not guarantee the condition of the shoebox.
