Shipping & Returns

Here at AboutSneaker.com we appreciate your business and we want you to understand our shipping procedure prior to placing an order so you know when to expect your parcel. Below are the steps AboutSneaker.com takes when filling your order.

Orders Statuses

Pending payment - Waiting for someone from AboutSneaker.com to process your order.
Processing - Order has been approved and we are attempting to fill your order.
Sending - Your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided.

Pending payment- Once you have made a payment your order is automatically placed in "Pending payment" status. We will review your order and verify that your credit card information is valid and that the shipping address you provided matches the address that the credit card statements are sent to. Once your order has been verified your order status will be updated to "Processing". This process can take up to 1~2 business days.

Processing- Your order has been approved and we will now fill your order. This process can take up to 1 business days to complete. Once we have filled your order, status will be updated to "Awaiting Tracking".

Sending - At this point your order has been shipped and you have been provided with a tracking number. If you are located in the United States you can track your package at www.usps.com. If you are located elsewhere, then it is your country's national courier. Shipping can take up to 12 business days to arrive. However, normally shipping to Western Europe and North American addresses is much quicker.

Order Cancellation - If your order status is "Order Cancellation" this is because:
1. Your order more than seven days without payment
2. We were unable to verify that your shipping address matches your billing address.
Order Cancellation: Unverified PP Account - If you make payment with an Unverified PayPal Account you will receive this status. We only accept orders from Verified PayPal Accounts for security reasons. Please visit the following link for instructions on how to verify your account - Paypal Account Verification.

Sold out - If your order is sold out or we are unable to fill it for any reason, we will update the status of your order to Sold out and issue a full refund.

Returns

Refunds & Exchanges - Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. All sales will be considered final.

Privacy Policy - You can rest assured that your privacy, while shopping at AboutSneaker.com, is never compromised. We never sell your personal information (including email, name or demographics) to any third party company. If you chose not to receive our newsletter we will never send you unsolicited emails. If you make your payment using a credit card you can be 100% assured that your personal details are safe. We use a 256 bit encryption secure socket layer (SSL) connection during the checkout process. All information submitted to AboutSneaker.com will remain completely confidential.
